The service level at this dealership is exceptional. Staff is friendly and acknowledges you. This is my second Mercedes S-Class purchase from Fletcher Ontario. I been to a local competitor who’s sta Staff is friendly and acknowledges you. This is my second Mercedes S-Class purchase from Fletcher Ontario. I been to a local competitor who’s staff doesn’t greet or acknowledge you just to view the redesign model of 2021 S-Class. Consequently, this was my experience prior to my last purchase as well.
