As I had to wait for the vehicle to arrive which took two months, Nick kept in constant communication with me which was very refreshing. To my surprise the vehicle that ended up coming in had way more options on it then I asked for, but Nick and Chelsea were able to make it fit into the budget constraints I had asked for. This is the largest dealership I've ever been in but they do a good job keeping it personal and friendly. Their prep of the car for test drive and amenities in dealership while you wait are better than any o do a good job keeping it personal and friendly. I am very happy with my 2023 Rav4 Adventure. Suni did whatever it took to make sure I was happy with the final price. One downfall was that we were at the dealership for 6 hours….
