We arrived and checked in, then waited 25 minutes for our Service Manager since she said she did know we were there. Then waited 20 minutes for them to pull our car around, but they brought the wrong car (n Service Manager since she said she did know we were there. Then waited 20 minutes for them to pull our car around, but they brought the wrong car (not my car). We waited another 20 minutes for them to bring the correct car (my car). Not a good experience on our first service experience More
