Called and contacted multiple times about getting my new registration and "theyll mail it overnight" is the answer. Been weeks, and still havent received it and my plates are about to expire in 3 days. Unacceptable experience after the fact. More

The experience with the purchase and quality of the vehicle led me right back to World Subaru when I needed another vehicle. This time, a 2018 Subaru Legacy 50th Anniversary edition. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but I think Sam Spencer is, by far, the best salesman I have ever used. We were originally a little far away on price but Sam kept going back to his boss to make it happen. I picked my car up 2 days ago and he has already sent me 2 thank you emails. I guess this is why he sits at the first desk next to the door. If you are in the market for a new Subaru or a used car make sure you visit World Subaru and insist on Sam Spencer as your salesman. More

Steve answered my all of my questions, and made many trips out onto the lot with me to look at a specific car. Steve made the buying experience stress free the way it should be. After closing out the paperwork with Michael in finance, I met with Tara Mullins who took me out to my new car and went over the many new features my old car did not have.
