Subaru has been our preferred brand and so far we are very pleased. Our salesman Sam Spencer was great to work with: very personable and helpful without pressuring us. They let you test drive the vehicle without the car salesman in the car for as long as you wanted. I got to test drive a lot of different vehicles as well. The prices are literally the least expensive in the country. When it came time to deal with the finance dept. they only sold the extended warranty and the tire and wheel protection package. That's it! None of the other worthless add ons the other dealerships try to push on you like paint protection, window etching, upholstery protection, under coating etc...etc...Definitely the best dealership I've ever been in as far as buying a car. I haven't used the service department yet but I'm sure its fine. More

After going to plenty of different car dealerships on Saturday, my last stop was World Subaru. I had no intention of buying a car that day, it was just supposed to be me getting a feel for what types of cars I liked and disliked. After meeting Girsh (who was literally the most knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly car salesman I had encountered that day), he worked with me to find a perfect fit. I wound up leaving the dealership in a Subaru Forester and I couldn't be happier. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and I felt as if I was dealing with staff who truly understood their product and who cared about the buyer experience. Tara was also amazing in helping me set up my car and get my phone connected, etc. Highly recommend! More

He is friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing and assisted me in 2016 and now again in 2019 choosing an Outback for lease. He took his time helping me to select model, style and color, and explained everything in detail. No pressure whatsoever. I also like to mention Tara Lee Mullins, who was very friendly and who patiently helped me with Bluetooth and the audio set-up.
