JP was a great salesman. He didn't pressure nor try to up sell. Tara spent quite a bit of time introducing me to my new car's features and made me feel very comfortable leaving in my new car. My only complaint is that I was kept waiting hours to sign and drive (almost 3 hours to be exact). This was after I called an hour ahead (in the afternoon) to say I want the car in the hopes paperwork could be started before I arrived. The dealership closed at 7 p.m. and I didn't get out of there until almost 9 p.m. That was a day of no lunch or dinner. If I knew it would be that late, I would have made arrangements to return the next day. Overall, JP and Tara stayed with me to keep me company. My experience was a positive one based on both of them. I don't see JP listed under sales, my rating for him would also be 5 star. More

Clearly, I am totally sold on the value and performance of the Outback, but even more, my trusted sales agent, Tim Stewart, made the process amazingly straightforward and easy. And even though the 2021 Outback had several new technical twists and turns, Tara Mullins, explained them clearly. Her training allowed me to drive the car off the lot fully confident and able to take advantage of the Outback's great features.
