I factory-ordered my 2022 Legacy, this is the 6th Subaru in my family, and my second from World Subaru (bought a Legacy last year here for my son). The end-to-end process was totally stress-free, worry-free. Everything was clearly communicated, no hidden fee or surprise charges. I walked out happy with a new 2022 Legacy which was delivered on time. John took care of my order, like last year, his friendly, concise communication style continued to impress me. He thinks like an owner, is always ahead of the game. He kept me informed of any update/changes I needed to know regarding my order. Being a Subie owner himself, he shared much of his experience without reserve. He is very easy to work with, very accommodating, no sale-talk whatsoever, made me feel like working with a friend. He went above and beyond to ensure my car buying process simple and comfortable, instead of stressful and draining. Tara (Delivery Specialist) is very knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, and super patient. She explained and demonstrated all the bells and whistles came with my Legacy, and answered all my questions during the Love-Encore visits. No doubt she helped me feel confident to start using the features right away, to really enjoy the new car. To my knowledge, other Subaru dealers do not offer such wonderful walk-thru service, a big shout-out to Tara. Awesome working with John and Tara, I won't hesitate to recommend them to any potential Subaru buyers. To me, it was an overall great experience. I say World Subaru did the right thing to stand out, created a real stress-free environment for car buyers. I would definitely to return to buy from them again. More

I live in Long Island NY and obviously started looking for my new car at local dealerships. The more I talked to local salespersons, the more I was getting frustrated – they all were giving uncertain and controversial answers and I got the feeling that they are not eager to sell at all….. So I stretched my search to other states – NJ and Connecticut and lucky I am I contacted World Subaru and was put through to Mr. Girsh Berman. From the very beginning I realized that he is a highly motivated and experienced person but his approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him. He took his time to answer all my questions in a highly professional manner. So during my first conversation with Mr. Girsh I decided not to shop around any longer and we sealed the deal. All the process was smooth and pretty fast, everything was done over the phone and in my favor. I want to thank Mr. Girsh once again – he is a true professional and staying true to his word. Our complete satisfaction would not be possible without the assistance of Tara Mullins, who guided us to all new features of the car and helped to set the phones and navigation.
