Listen up all of you out in car land. Esther and Alex drove into the dealership because we had a problem. Little did we know that when Tara asked us if we needed help?. With Tara sitting Esther and Alex drove into the dealership because we had a problem. Little did we know that when Tara asked us if we needed help?. With Tara sitting in our car the problem disappeared. That’s magic because Tara knows more about customer relations than I have learned in 90 years. Tara diagnosed the problem, corrected it by sending our car into service immediately. 30 minutes later and with a big smile gave us the keys and off we went. But I was pleasantly surprised that my experience at World Subaru was quick, to the point, and extremely efficient. Every detail, every line of paperwork, every little minutiae was expertly handled by Sam Spencer, Tara Mullins and Josh Cavlieri in a way that I honestly did not expect. The process was so easy we got out of the dealership with the car in under an hour and a half. A new world record. Definitely recommend. More
