We bought the car from Joe Machens ONLY if they could service the car which they do. When we bring the car in, we ALWAYS get approached with a smile from the service people and an open mind on what we need for service that day. They LISTEN and don't ASSUME you're some ignoramus just bringing the car in for something that THEY THINK needs to be done. Lastly, as man who works in a female dominated profession for the last 40 years, I like to THINK I know women better than most men and I know how most women want to be treated. I TRUST Machens NISSAN AND TOYOTA SERVICE. I can trust them NOT to treat my wife like she's a JUST ANOTHER "NO NOTHING ABOUT CARS" woman. They do this consistently. I have been buying from Machens for over 40 years and as long as they do that, they have my business. That's not a track record, that is a CULTURE OF SERVICE. The ONLY reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was my wife thought she should have gotten a little better break on the price of service. I reminded her there are some things money just can't buy. Great service is hard to find I have ALWAYS received wonderful treatment at Joe Machens Nissan. The Service Advisors are very helpful and never pushy. They let me know what is reco I have ALWAYS received wonderful treatment at Joe Machens Nissan. The Service Advisors are very helpful and never pushy. They let me know what is recommended for my car and what it would cost. If I say no or maybe next time they are good with that. I even had an experience where my car was out of warranty by about 700 miles and had an exhaust shield break. They worked with me and got it taken care under warranty. I will never take my car anywhere for service as long I live in Columbia. This Service Center rocks and it’s because of the great people that work there. More
