Called in for appt. and was treated with good customer service and they got us in right away. Oil and filter change was done in less than an hour. My only complaint is the included car wash has VERY hard water and left hard water streaks all over the vehicle. The vehicle looked worse after the wash than it did going in... I would recommend the oil change, I would skip the wash. My wife and I spent the next 20 minutes trying to get all the streaks wiped off and it wasn't very easy since they had already dried on in the sun. More
