I have taken my 2016 Corvette there twice in the last 12 months and have spent in excess of 10,000$ getting work done. Until today I have been very satisfied. Satisfied with the service of the technicians a months and have spent in excess of 10,000$ getting work done. Until today I have been very satisfied. Satisfied with the service of the technicians and the Customer care my service advisor Tara had given me. However, after having my vehicle for 3 weeks they were running late and Tara told me if I wanted my vehicle that Friday evening that she would not have time to wash it. I agreed and said I would wash it. After washing it several time I text Tara and asked what the white stuff on my car because I was playing xxxx getting it off my paint. She explained that the city had burned something and it was ash. No less then 6 weeks ago I had recently had the front end painted and there were a few spots that damaged the paint. She was apologetic and turned the issue over to her Supervisor Paul. It’s at this point that I realized I would not ever being doing business here again. Paul refused to even have his paint guys look at it and said he couldn’t take responsibility for this. He said it’s no difference then if a hail storm came….he insisted that this was an act of god even though they knew the ash was on it and obviously left it on there a while. In the end the fact that I had spent a small fortune there in the last 12 months and the paint was brand new he was basically not going to take any responsibility for it. I won’t take my car back there even if I have to pay to have it towed the Dallas or Austin. Michael C Axelsen More

All I can say about Tara is this an Associate who CARES. I’m our world today business people cannot find job seekers who do what they say they will do or can do. Tara is a “ doer “. Example: I texted her last last night ( Sunday night ) not expecting a response until Monday morning. Surprisingly she responded and shared all she was doing to track down a part needed for my repair. And it was great news. I not only applaud her but also the Dealership for having Associates who CARE. More
