I put a $500 down payment on October 25. I went the next day and informed dealer we had a change of plans that we would not purchase that car so I needed my deposit back. My daughter and h I went the next day and informed dealer we had a change of plans that we would not purchase that car so I needed my deposit back. My daughter and her father would go in to purchase the car instead. The dealer said my deposit would be returned and has not been returned till this day. My daughter and her father will go to another Toyota dealer soon because this seems not good business since a simple deposit has not been returned since October 25. More
