My 5 year powertrain inspection did not get submitted by Shaw Siegel to my Lifetime Maximum Care service contract provider. I called on Tuesday of last week. Was told Monday was the earliest I could get in. Fine, works for me. Issue was just that when I got my oil changed the cap or the filter weren't full Was told Monday was the earliest I could get in. Fine, works for me. Issue was just that when I got my oil changed the cap or the filter weren't fully secured so my Jeep was leaking oil. Tanner tried to tell me it was going to take another 2-3 DAYS to screw in a cap... seriously? And then tried to say that my factory warranty wouldn't cover any damage done by a dealer? I was telling him what the issue was. 30 seconds to screw the filter and cap on tight and that's it. Indeed it only took about 30 minutes but it felt VERY skeezy, like they were trying to get over on me because I'm female by myself. I will have to find another Jeep dealership in the area because I never want to deal with Tanner again after that stunt... More

I was happy with my service visit. I didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle, they were able to find the problem and fix it.
