The employees are professional and friendly. . When I have to leave my car to get work done it is a huge inconvenience without loaner cars. It can take 3 to 4 hours to get home in their shuttle. . When I have to leave my car to get work done it is a huge inconvenience without loaner cars. It can take 3 to 4 hours to get home in their shuttle. Similar issues on return trip. My car has had quite a-few recalls. They will not work on the car without leaving the car overnight even though it often takes less than an hour. As a widow with mobility issues, I have trouble getting my own transportation. I live in an area where I cannot utilize ubers, taxis, etc. Surely a dealer as big as Corwin can provide better customer service. More
