The dealer talked me in to coming in. I was looking to lease a vehicle, but if I couldn’t find a lease that I wanted in my price range, I was going to buy out my lease. Rob Cook told me t I was looking to lease a vehicle, but if I couldn’t find a lease that I wanted in my price range, I was going to buy out my lease. Rob Cook told me that I would not have to pay any fees whatsoever. Just what’s in the GM contract. However, the finance guy told me that the lender Ally was requiring gap insurance and I had to buy $4000 then he stuck in some other $329. It’s very unhappy and really made me not trust anyone at this dealership I did call rob and he said that they would mail me a check for the 329 and redo the gap insurance to take that off. He apologized which was good said they would mail me a check I still have not received the check it’s been a week and a half, I also received the thing from Ally saying that certain things were omitted from the contract with some correct information. However, the gap insurance is still on the contract. They’re telling me at 68 weeks before it’ll fall off which I don’t believe because after 30 days, you can’t cancel gap insurance, so I feel they are trying to pull bait and switch trick again I would not trust them More

I bought two vehicles totaling over 100000$ within two weeks of each other and they left original dry rotted tires with punctures on the back of my vette but first it was a windshield wiper fluid pump the weeks of each other and they left original dry rotted tires with punctures on the back of my vette but first it was a windshield wiper fluid pump they supposedly give every vehicle a so many point inspection then the tire I have been in them to fix since purchase then tech told me it was dry rot and punctures causing low tire pressure not valve stem I figured then they told me they changed the oil another lie! I had it changed and the oil place told me I had a couple tears in my drive belt which I took to Jenkins and they said no it looks fine they are lazy and stupid and nobody does their job I will never go back and I really hope nobody else does either! Terrible business More

You forced a 20% markup on the vehicle under the premise of useless "packages" that I did not want, until I protested, then lowered it to 13%, forcing me to eat it despite (again) not wanting it since I wan of useless "packages" that I did not want, until I protested, then lowered it to 13%, forcing me to eat it despite (again) not wanting it since I wanted the vehicle in a time frame they told me they could meet. More than one member if your staff promised me a car within a range of dates, by which my purchase was ultimately predicated, and then failed to meet that by 2 weeks. When a manager was requested during a call directly to your dealer, NOT your salesperson, you had your salesperson call me while sick, from home, instead of dignifying my concerns. Then when I visited your location, your sales manager proceeded to throw your staff member under the bus as if it was his fault your management didn't reach out to me, or dignify me like the paying customer I was; claiming that I shouldn't have been given a date, despite that two separate sales people offered me a date. So rather than take responsibility for the poor training as a member of management, you tossed your staff into the fry oil. Then to top it all off, you snuck in warranties & other coverages that I DID NOT ask for or agree to on my bill causing me to waste even more of my time driving 4 hours to your site to rectify that slimy act of subterfuge. The only saving grace was your salesperson - Your salesperson was awesome, I would gladly do business with him when he leaves your site. Count your stars you have someone as valuable and dedicated as him. Thank you, Cliff. Additionally, The dealer did not install any paint protection or any other accessories beyond the floor mats I received. I.E. on top of the entire mountain of customer dissatisfaction, subterfuge and frankly, attempted theft - Jenkins charged me $800 for a set of molded floor mats. As a final insult to my injury, I have yet to receive any communication from any top brass seeking to allay my concerns as was promised in the response to the aforementioned & linked above review . I will vociferously relay how awful your dealership is on every medium available to me. When people say they hate dealerships - I imagine this is why. More
