We appreciate your kind words about our phone and email communication, but we are very sorry to hear that your recent in-person experiences did not meet the level of professionalism and care you expected. We understand your frustration regarding the rental vehicle situation. Given the circumstances surrounding your repair and the fact that you had communicated your schedule, we can certainly see how the repeated calls would have been disruptive and left you feeling that your time and commitments were not being respected. That is not the experience we want any customer, especially a long-time customer, to have. We are also disappointed to hear about the lack of follow-up and the confusion surrounding the completion of your repair.
