Ed Walton was great to work with as was Anthony. Ed was amiable and honest and a pleasure to work with throughout the days the process took. He even drove to our home in Tigard to show my wife how to work all the new "gadgetry" on this Forester Hybrid Touring. I do appreciate they did not do "the turn" and all those offensive silly questions. I had reservations about Royal Moore because of 2 previous horrible incidents years ago but it seems the dealership has changed it's way. While Tanner was very nice the add on sales pitch for warranties was overwhelming. I just purchased a car that cost twice what my first house cost and Tanner wanted to sell warranties that cost more than my first home unless I misunderstood. More
