This dealership is a joke. They place bait vehicles on their website for ridiculously low prices, and the vehicles are never actually in stock or available to the consumer. When you contact someone regarding the advertised vehicle, they immediately know that vehicle is not available, and they give horrible excuses for why the vehicle is not available and/or why it is listed on the website when it isn't available. Also, I brought my truck in to have a bedliner installed, and after the installation was complete, the tonneau cover did not sit flat all the way around the four sides of the bed, there was what appeared to be some home improvement store bought weather-stripping sticking out from under the corners of the tonneau cover, they scratched the hard top of my truck during the intallation, and now, the bed is always full of water after it rains. More

I purchased a used vehicle on May 2nd, 2024 and while the salesman was "somewhat" interactive via text throughout my initial interest, it quickly died off once I purchased the vehicle and requested that the salesman was "somewhat" interactive via text throughout my initial interest, it quickly died off once I purchased the vehicle and requested that the manager call me. I had reached out to the dealership on the morning of the 2nd to inquire about a vehicle and throughout the day, the salesman was able to answer some, not all questions I had. Enough to where I decided to move forward with the purchase. The salesman asked that i complete an online finance application to expedite the process as it was a 50-mile drive for me and i would not be at the dealership until after 5pm. I had completed the application and was informed that we would be good to go and he would see me shortly. Once i got to the dealership, I took the vehicle for a test drive and decided that i was interested. From this point forward i waited approx. 2.5 hours for them to "appraise" my trade in and COMPLETE the finance application, even though i had completed it earlier to expedite the process. While this was merely an annoyance, the next day is when the frustration came into play. Leaving the dealership at approx. 830pm to drive over an hour home, i was thrilled but noticed that the rear end wouldn't hold traction when accelerating. It was the next morning during a rainstorm that it appeared to be worse and that's when i noticed that the rear tires had little to no tread on them and immediately texted the salesperson to address my safety concerns. The salesperson responded the following day to let me know that he would speak with his manager. Over the next 3 days, it was crickets, even with my continuous text (to include pictures) until i was told that there was "nothing they could do and if i would like, the manager would reach out to me". Well here i am, roughly 2 weeks later, still sliding on wet pavement, having texted the salesman multiple times and no response. While i am in love with the truck, I am highly disappointed with the customer service and urgency of the staff and CDJR Columbia and would caution anyone thinking about doing business with this dealership. Once they have your signature, its crickets. More
I took my jeep Wrangler there to have the air conditioner fixed. It was taken in on a Thursday. Everything got approved on a Friday. I try to be patient and call on Wednesday to see what is up to find out, the service writer Joe said he had to put me on the back burner so something else could get done well because I got put on the back burner when I decided to work on the jeep Thursday seven days later after they get all the wrong stuff so now we have to wait maybe Tuesday almost 14 days it’s 12 that I’m looking at for being without a vehicle because the air don’t work pathetic nobody offered me a vehicle for my fiancé to drive to work but that’s why they wouldn’t even get one star I only gave one star because I had two to get the lead to review More
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Astonishingly bad customer service and communication from service department. Took my truck in for a check engine light and recalls on 3/2/24, service advisor said it would take 2-3 weeks to get it into the shop. I told advisor that’s fine just keep me updated please. Service department did not communicate anything after I left the dealership that day. I called on 3/28/24 to get an update on my truck. Service advisor did not have any of my information in the system and did not know where my vehicle was or what needed to be repaired. I was told that the advisor that checked my vehicle in was no longer employed here and my vehicle was never written up for service. 3/29/24 my truck got in the shop to have the check engine light diagnosed, advisor called to inform me the particulate filter sensor needs replacing and that my cabin and engine air filter also needs replacing (I replaced them 8k miles ago). Sensor was on back order and I was told that the advisor would have a better eta in a couple of days. Did not receive any updates or have any communication until 4/5/24 when I got a call saying my truck was completed and ready to be picked up. I talked with the advisor and scheduled an after hours pick up. She said keys would be with the sales receptionist and truck would be out front ready to go. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was handed the keys and told it was parked right outside the door and to go look for it. After 5 mins of walking around the lot to try and find my vehicle I had to go back inside to ask the sales manger to have someone locate the truck. 15 mins later they finally found it and brought it up front. No multi point inspection was completed, vehicle had not been washed, and I had to wander around to try and find my vehicle after it sat on the lot for 5 weeks (was not touched for the first 3 weeks). I wouldn’t trust this service department to change the tire on a bicycle in a timely manner. Terrible communication and customer service from everyone in this dealership. Service department needs some major changes in management, and advisors need more training in customer relations. More

Oh yes there is the Bumper & hood have bare spots all over. It was raining that day (should have never bought from this dodge dealer anyway because they have got us in the past) Fast forward 2 days March 7 had Perma Plate Ceramic put on we noticed then that the bumper & hood was missing good bits of paint. Took back for Jose to take pictures & tell us someone would call, waited a week nothing. Went back & spoke with @Bryan Popp the Sales Manager who told us he would see if the body guy could fix it If not they would send to BODY SHOP.. Waited week & a half & nothing from Bryan. Go back AGAIN someone else takes pictures & tells us that Bryan Popp is No longer there He had been FIRED. So I decided I need to go to General Manager, called was on hold 30 minutes was told then he must be in a meeting so once again head out to Columbia Chrysler Dodge to speak to Eric Collier. WELL IT'S THURSDAY & HE & Germaine Williams are BOTH OFF so we would need to come back today. I took it up there at 9 am & waited for a sales guy to come out & tell me that the guy that was fixing it would be there at 2pm. I get there at 2pm to be told they hadn't seen him but they would get me a loaner. WOW I HAD TO SIGN PAPERS THAT I AGREED TO NOT SMOKE IN THE VEHICLE & IF I DAMAGED THE BODY YES THE BODY OF THE CAR IF MY INSURANCE DIDN'T PAY FOR IT I AGREED TO PAY FOR IT.. I DROVE THE CAR AROUND THE BUILDING AS I AM THINKING YOU SOLD ME A VEHICLE IN THE RAIN THAT THE PAINT IS GONE GONE & YOU WANT ME TO PAY TO FIX YOUR CAR IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. I TOOK IT BACK & WAITED MAYBE 30 MINUTES FOR THE TRUCK..YES I WAS TO FIX THEIR CAR BUT THEY COULD SELL ME ONE DAMAGED.. I STEPPED INSIDE TO ASK GERMAINE WILLIAMS TO COME LOOK AT THE TRUCK.. Dodge I want to give you a chance to make things right I bought a car last summer a 2013 Challenger RT I was told there was a couple things wrong with the car and they would talk to the owner and offer some bought a car last summer a 2013 Challenger RT I was told there was a couple things wrong with the car and they would talk to the owner and offer something to help me get it fixed free or cheap considering I'm spending quite a lot of money on 150,000 mi vehicle turns out I get home the batteries completely bad had to take it out charge it at advance overnight to find this out talk to the salesman the next day he says the owner is not around I get this for the next few days until I finally replaced the battery myself and was told the suspension was fine and the rattling in the back was stuff in with the spare tire is now I knew that was probably false turns out the whole suspension went to xxxx if there's anything you can do to make this right please respond and I will contact you and we can make this right otherwise I guess there's no integrity much anywhere any more the reason I'm bringing this up is because I just got a call from Dodge asking if there's anything they can do when I was there for 2 weeks straight and they did nothing so I left it alone and it bugs me more and more everyday xxxxx in your court More

Was asked if I have an appt. Was told no. Then was told I would have be work to get an oil and filter changed since I had no appt. I was told by a black service technician, that this had changed a month ago. Nowhere on your website for the express lane does it indicate by appointments only Nor do you have a sign at the building appts only. This is a very poor way to do business. I'm appalled and disgusted at the service at this location, I wasted my time, gas, and energy to find this out. More
