First time I was disappointed with the check in. I scheduled my appointment online with one service personnel and I get to the dealership and I have been appointed another. I informed him that I had a coupon and showed him the coupon that stated $79.98 and he then said, "that will be $10 off so it will be $92 with the coupon.
