Today I made my 3rd purchase from BMW of Freehold. In the midst of a full system outage due to a cyberattack the team at BMW of Freehold went above and beyond to help me get my purchase done. Paige was a FANTASTIC help the entire way from greeting me to guiding me through the process, she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond the call of a sales representative and ensured the process went smoothly, making this entire process a breeze! Nick, the sales manager, provided excellent customer service with a smile and a carries himself with a professional demeanor. He went as far as to assist me in getting home when time ran out on before we could close the deal having John drive me home! Tyler, the finance manager, was quick and efficient through the entire closing process and did everything he could to get me done even with the system being down!
