Waited approximately 50 minutes for our service advisor to finish up the paperwork for our three hour service only to forget our coupon and have to wait another 10 minutes for her to correct it. Store manager was very nice when I dropped the car off at the end of the night. My help past point was less than ideal. Tammie spoke in a condescending manner.
