However the team here has made this process incredibly easy on this momma bears heart! Here we have always felt that they genuinely care about our needs and take the time to make sure to find the perfect vehicle for what we need. From the time you walk in the door to the time you’re ready for another car purchase they are there for you. Who can say that about a a car dealership!?! Everyone at this location makes you feel welcomed and part of their family. With a 22 year career in HR and sales leadership I can tell you this type of environment only happens when the locations leadership casts that shadow to its people. Tammy and Don, this environment is because of you!! Brian J, just as last time was phenomenal. He did an amazing job taking care of us and showing my son what a car buying experience should be like. He took his time to make sure all of my sons questions were asked and encouraged him to ask question that he wasn’t asking. He also shared personal stories regarding the importance of responsible driving and how it affects one’s future. Devin in finance was also amazing. He worked with us to understand what we were looking for financially and how to best achieve those desires. He offered multiple explanations of the importance of warranties and how we can utilize those. Because of Don, Tammy and their entire team at Westside you will have customers for life. More

My experience getting into my 2023 VW Atlas was positive. Joe Fifield was knowledgeable, with a great personality and efficient! Jeremiah in finance was also great. Tami the Manager is fun. If you read any review please read this. Helton, Mo, and Tami along with the entire staff at VW Westside believe in customer service. This day and age it seems there are less people working and willing to go the extra mile. My family bought a car from Helton and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. Never in my 40 years have I ever come across a group of people like this. Everyone dove in and made the experience feel like this is how it should be and how it has always been to purchase a vehicle. If I could have this trio in my back pocket at all times I feel like this world would be a better place. Buying a car should be an experience that people should love and enjoy. That’s exactly what happened when I went to Luther VW. I don’t write reviews because I haven’t come across genuine people until yesterday. This review doesn’t even say enough. Take time and invest in this dealership. You will not be disappointed. In my honest opinion, I hope Volkswagen recognizes all the effort this place puts in. More
