I have owned Volvo’s for over 30 years - same dealership - different service managers - but they always perform at the top of their game and provide me with excellent service! This past visit Bob Knott wor - different service managers - but they always perform at the top of their game and provide me with excellent service! This past visit Bob Knott worked with me and he is quite competent, professional, warm and welcoming. Quite frankly, I would only drive Volvo cars and only go to Prestige Volvo. The service techs are excellent and every experience I have - whether it’s a scheduled service or an emergency that creates anxiety and stress for me - is addressed in the very best and professional manner. Many thanks for consistent and positive experiences. Warmest regards, Wendy (& Mark) Sobel. I drive this car but Mark shares my same feelings! More
