This was a total bait and switch. I called Echo Park one hour beforehand to ensure the vehicle was still available and was told yes. Only to get there and be told they sold the car th I called Echo Park one hour beforehand to ensure the vehicle was still available and was told yes. Only to get there and be told they sold the car this morning. If the car was sold in the am why was I told the vehicle was still available at 4:30 pm. Will never do business with this place. Horrible experience. More
