Hello, my name is Takeshi. I was born in Chicago and raised in various places in the Midwest region. Prior to moving to Colorado in 2009, I worked as a geologist for an engineering consulting firm in Columbus, Ohio. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, hiking in the mountains, photographing wildlife, watching college basketball (the Kentucky Wildcats), and tasting what’s new from local craft breweries.

Then at 41K I had a bad wheel bearing that was replaced in late April 2019. Schomp inspected the other wheel bearings and they said they were fine. A week later I noticed some noise coming from the front driver side and to me it sounds like a bad wheel bearing. I called them to get my Forester seen again but they wouldn't see me till June. I took it to a different dealer and the first thing they noticed is one of the lug nuts is missing (Locking Nut). Apparently Schomp didn't tighten the nuts properly. This is some of the most shoddy work I have ever seen. This situation endangered me, my family and the public. So here is what is going to happen. I'm towing the car to Schomp, where they will give me a loaner car. They will fix the car for free, including any damaged parts due to their unconscionable mistake. More
