I took my vehicle in for a oil and filter change on I took my vehicle in for a oil and filter change on March 24th . It took about 2 hours to get my vehicle back oil change tire rotation and bath . Took a little longer than expected but still ok , a few days latter I changed the shocks front and rear on the same vehicle . I had to come in from the wheel well to get to the upper bolt on the shock and noticed the oil filter was old and dirty . I contacted the dealer when they wanted me to do a review , with my complaint even sent photos of the filter ! No one ever got back with me I contacted them via the email and text message its been weeks now and decided to do a review . Clearly they did not change the filter so I am suspect if they even changed the oil clearly the filter was not changed . I am upset that no one cared to contact me regards my complaint ! More

I just wanted to thank Judd for getting a broken windshield washer spray hose fixed for me . I had brought in my vehicle for service today ,and unfortunately the mechanic , who performed the service windshield washer spray hose fixed for me . I had brought in my vehicle for service today ,and unfortunately the mechanic , who performed the service , did not inform my Service Adviser TJ Stream about it , when the vehicle was finished ! I noticed it on the invoice when I got home and called TJ about it ! He apologized and we set up an appointment to have it fixed in a few days ! I then thought of calling Judd Kall , who I had met once when I was in for service . He also apologized and asked if the vehicle could be picked up the next morning , fixed and returned ! I said certainly ! About 15 minutes later, Chris called from the dealership and said he could pick up my SUV in about 15 minutes ! He did and within the hour returned it fixed ! I cannot thank Judd enough for quickly resolving the issue! I purchased the Journey with the help of JC Coen and I would greatly recommend his expertise and Judd for his service department ! More
