My experience was in service. I waited for over 5 min to just be acknowledged. 3 service members, 1 on the computer 2nd completed with his customer and then proceeded to he on t I waited for over 5 min to just be acknowledged. 3 service members, 1 on the computer 2nd completed with his customer and then proceeded to he on the computer rather acknowledge me standing and waiting to be helped. 3rd person finally acknowledged my presence and then waited over 4 more minutes to find time to help me. Very disappointed in the service dept. Not impressed! More

I was on a long road trip pulling a camper when my Ram truck got stuck in 4 wheel drive, I was supposed to be in Phoenix for 1 night, Tyler at Larry Miller surprise did everything possible t get me on the truck got stuck in 4 wheel drive, I was supposed to be in Phoenix for 1 night, Tyler at Larry Miller surprise did everything possible t get me on the road as quick as possible, had to wait 2 day's for parts and took care of me as soon as parts were in, it was really appreciated as I still had a way to go to my destination.
