Pretty seamless and efficient transaction. I don’t mind buying but hate shopping, I find the negotiation very unpleasant. If not for TJ I would have left at the first offer. Even after countering and agreeing I left a significant amount on the table. I had a cash offer for several thousand more from a dealer out of state but chose to stay local. TJ was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks TJ I was in today for a service and rotation on my 2022 4Runner and drove home a new car. I was unpleasantly surprised to have to wait 2.5 weeks to get an appointment and be 1300+ miles overdue before I got in, and then get charged $43.00 for a rotation after buying it new from Lithia seems a bit short sighted, stepping over dollars to pick up a dime. More
