This was my fourth car I have purchased from AutoMax Ocala and the best experience yet! TJ asked several questions to understand what vehicle would best fit my needs. We looked at several different styl Ocala and the best experience yet! TJ asked several questions to understand what vehicle would best fit my needs. We looked at several different styles/models/brands and this guy knows his stuff!! Rattled off safety ratings, features, specs, etc. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was able to get me into a great vehicle that fit my budget. Matt completed the paperwork. The process went smooth and he explained quickly and efficiently what I was signing and made sure all my questions were answered. We finalized the sale after banking hours. Matt called me the next day to let me know I was approved through another financing company for a lower interest rate. I went back in the next day to resign the paperwork for a lower payment. The following day, I had warning light pop up. I emailed TJ and had a response and a solution very quickly. I am over the moon with this experience and how Matt and TJ both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely refer TJ, Matt, and AutoMax for anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you again for a great experience and for saving my single mom monies! :) More

I was very pleased with everyone that I dealt with who made my purchase happen. It was a smooth process and everyone was extremely helpful and they went above and beyond.
