Duval Acura is NOT the wonderful dealership it use to be! My husband and I have been buying cars from Duval Acura for over 18 yrs! We trade in our SUV every 3 years, so that's a lot of business we have given My husband and I have been buying cars from Duval Acura for over 18 yrs! We trade in our SUV every 3 years, so that's a lot of business we have given them. Buying a car is not something any of us enjoy doing and I know I don't have to explain why that is! We have stuck with Duval Acura all these years, because our experience has always been pleasant and we have always felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, that is until recently. Over the past 6 weeks our opinion of Duval Acura has completely changed. Joe Cutaia emailed us that we were eligible to trade in our 2018 Acura RDX and in the email was his personal contact information, We called and left him a detailed message, he did not return our calls. 2 weeks later, we called him again and left him a voice mail, once again, he never returned our call. We called Duval Acura and asked to speak with management, we were told they were busy and someone would return our call, once again, our call was not returned. We called again and spoke with Tim, manager of used car sales, he told us he would give the message directly to James Saale, manager of Duval Acura, days went by and James Saale never returned our call. We received a text from Joe Cutaia asking if it was okay with us if he communicated with us via text message, I texted him back saying yes, that was days ago, never heard from him again. I have since blocked his number. I did finally get to speak with James Saale and I am beyond disappointed in how he handled the entire call regarding me explaining to him how rudely my husband and I have been treated by Duval Acura. We have been dismissed over and over again and although James said he was embarrassed of the way his staff behaved, his action spoke volumes that he really doesn't care about us or our experience with Duval Acura. James Saale is a disappointment to say the least. He has completely changed our opinion of the dealership and after almost 20 years of being loyal customers, they have lost our business. Whoever is responsible for putting James Saale in a management position at Duval Acura has done a disservice to the dealership. They were a 5 star dealership for the past 18 years we have been a loyal customer of theirs, now they are MAYBE a 2, if that. I could never say enough good things about them for so many years, now I can't even come up with one thing good about them. There's an old saying, "The Fish Stinks From The Head" and I can not think of a better way to put what has happened to Duval Acura. The leadership at Duval Acura has destroyed their once great reputation. We are not longer part of the Duval Acura family, because there is no family there anymore. That entire feel is gone, the leadership that is now over that dealership has destroyed all it once was. Going forward, we will be giving our business to Acura of Orange Park. Duval Acura no longer deserves our loyalty. Very sad about what happened to Duval Acura. Someone made a very poor decision putting James Saale in a leadership position, he is in no way competent and he has no clue how to deal with customers. We spoke with him for over an hour on the phone and it was clear the entire time, he was struggling with not knowing how to respond to us about the issues we came to him about. He has no idea what he's doing and the entire dealership is suffering because of him. More

Great buying experience Working with Curtis and Tim was very comfortable. There wasn't any pressure to buy and they offered several different options for us to look at before Working with Curtis and Tim was very comfortable. There wasn't any pressure to buy and they offered several different options for us to look at before our final decision was made, We actually went in the store with a particular model in mind and after working with Curtis and Tim we went home in a different model and couldn't be happier. Worst Customer Service My parents bought a brand new Acura in the spring of 2019. Since buying the car, the tires need air weekly. The car stalls out suddenly when driving. Connections were loose, making the battery die in the middle of traffic. My mother and I have both called and got a song and dance. My mother brought in the car yesterday, 10/24/19 for a 9:30am appointment. She was told there was nothing wrong with the car and if she had issues she can call Acura's 1-800 number! Wow. So she spends more than $50k on a brand new car and the service department doesn't even offer her a loaner while they keep the car and see if they find issues over a few days? They didn't even drive the car! Shame on them for blowing off my mother. Shame on them for not standing behind their cars. Buyers beware. More

The say home is not a place, its a feeling! I am a GM for a company rated #1 in Customer Service and Hospitality! Duval Acura is MY #1 in Customer Service! I have owned great cars but always ser I am a GM for a company rated #1 in Customer Service and Hospitality! Duval Acura is MY #1 in Customer Service! I have owned great cars but always serviced them at random service centers until I bought my first Acura, a 2013 RDX. My husband had a TLX. I came to Duval for service for an oil change and WOW!!! I will probably own an Acura for the rest of my life because of my first experience with Merrick Wade. I love how attentive and genuine everyone is! Jovie, recognizes me as soon as I walk in, Merrick makes sure I always leave happy. I recently went to replace my tires and got to drive an Aspec RDX while my car was being serviced. Jovie remembered I mentioned it several months earlier when I was getting an oil change. Annnndddd I bought the 2019 RDX Aspec! Then my husband brought his lease up to see my car annnnnd walked out with the Aspec TLX. Tim Walker took care of all my needs with my trade in, was so easy to work with, and he has a great sense of humor! Hector, he was just amazing! He listened to my needs, was so personable! Mike, got us in and out of the finance side quickly and very organized! I run a $6.5 million a year quick service restaurant and winning loyal guests for life is my passion, so when I am treated the way I strive to treat others, they gain 100% of my loyalth and my customer base knows who my favorites are too! Love, Love, Love the guys at Duval Acura. I would seriously cry if I ever walked in and Merrick, Jovie, Tim, Hector, or Mike werent there! More
