Been taking our car to Fred Anderson since we bought it. The last two times we brought it there they said it needed repairs/servicing that they had already done. Recently we brought it in for servicing and they said we needed to change a control arm. $1800. I brought my car to a friend of mine who is a certified Toyota technician and he said there was NOTHING wrong with it. They were trying to rip me off. Watch our for this dealership!! More

Abuse of customer personal information I recently had Fred Anderson Toyota perform a routine service on my Toyota Camry. It all went smoothly, I was in and out reasonably quickly, and paid I recently had Fred Anderson Toyota perform a routine service on my Toyota Camry. It all went smoothly, I was in and out reasonably quickly, and paid for it all on the spot. I can't comment much on the quality of the work, since it was simple routine maintenance, but at least it looked like it was performed correctly (everything was in order and it was evident that the fluids had been changed). While the service writer was entering my personal information, I told them -- multiple times -- that I did not want any electronic marketing. To stress the point, I refused outright to provide a cell phone number or email address, only reluctantly offering a land line as a contact point other than my physical address. Despite this, Fred Anderson Group distributed my information among their dealerships, and at least their Kia dealership decided to violate my preference, violate my privacy, and dug thought the dark net to find an email address I use exclusively for dealing with the hosting ISP -- nobody else has any legitimate claim to use it for any purpose. In the 20 years I owned an Oldsmobile, GM never spammed me, harassed me, or violated me so. In the 16 years I have owned a Toyota, at least five of them have been spent demanding dealers and groups of dealers and regional groups remove me from their electronic lists. Despite even raising my complaints all the way to Toyota Global in Japan, almost the only thing that gets them to stop harassing me with unwanted electronic marketing is the threat of calling them to court over their abuses. Fred Anderson Group is the latest to join this malevolent bandwagon. Toyota has lost a customer, and since Fred Anderson Group involved their Kia dealership this time, I will not consider a Kia either. It seems clear to me that Toyota dealers in general, and Toyota on the whole, cares nothing about personal preferences or personal privacy of their customers. More

Was able to work with both your maintenance team and sales staff to purchase a new 2020 Toyota Corolla with what I believe was a fair deal for both parties. Steve Bradby was extremely helpful and patient with no pressure tactics which is always appreciated. He is one of the main reasons I purchased the vehicle. Your maintenance man Tab Lunsford worked diligently to get me the best deal on repairs as well. Your finance person Shelby who is not listed was exceptional too. I have purchased multiple Toyota vehicles in the past from your dealership and brought my car there for regular maintenance with great success. I will always remain a loyal customer due to your commitment to excellence and assistance. Thankyou very much. More

Excellent Experience Bryan's knowledge, expertise and communication helped tremendously in my purchase of a new car. He was thorough in explaining all of the features and how they work, as well as helping to set up the audio and GPS apps on my phone. Bryan took the time to also explain how the service center works, and to introduce me to one of the service employees (Tab) so that I can contact him whenever I need to service my vehicle. Scott was also helpful in explaining the different warranty options available for purchase, as well as what each option covers. The overall experience was excellent, and I would recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to both friends and family. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever, Thanks to Andre Robinson I was very impressed by Andre Robinson's pleasant, respectful, professional approach to assisting me in purchasing my 2018 Toyota Camry LE! My son an I was very impressed by Andre Robinson's pleasant, respectful, professional approach to assisting me in purchasing my 2018 Toyota Camry LE! My son and I did our online research on your user- friendly website first. We narrowed our selection to one particular Camry LE. We contacted Andre Robinson and came to your dealership to test drive the Camry. We met Andre and gave him the VIN# of the Camry we were most interested in buying. Andre checked and found the car was still available. My son and I test drove the car and liked everything about the car! It actually had more features than we were expecting! We finished our test drive and tool a look at the price sticker for the car. We asked Andre what the actual price of the car was. Andre calmly asked if we had looked at the sales sticker and when we did, we were elated! We could actually purchase this car!!! Andre was focused on us and what our needs were. I am highly impressed with Andre's attention to detail both during the sale and after we took possession of the vehicle. I really appreciated Andre showing me how to connect my iphone to the car using clear, direct instructions. Andre also made sure we had the phone cable and charge package before we left. Andre Robinson made buying a car a positive experience for me! Everything was positive. I am very happy to have purchased my 2018 Camry LE from Andre Robinson! More
