Dear Mr. Jenkins Nissan, Management and Future Customers, This is my opinion and personal experience with Jenkins Nissan, and let me be clear: this dealers Jenkins Nissan, Management and Future Customers, This is my opinion and personal experience with Jenkins Nissan, and let me be clear: this dealership is an absolute disaster. If you're considering doing business here, run the other way. My ordeal began with Brandon, the salesman, who was actually nice and tried to assist me. However, things took a turn for the worse when I spoke with Jeff, the manager. His dismissive attitude and lack of care for my situation were evident from the start, setting a negative tone for my entire experience. Following my conversation with Jeff, I spoke with Sylvia in finance. While she attempted to address my concerns, it became clear that she was more focused on protecting the dealership's interests by pointing out fine print that allowed them to charge me more. This approach felt misleading rather than helpful. Next, I spoke with Ana, the General Manager, who also did not provide the support I expected. Most recently, I had a conversation with Eric in finance, who continued the trend of unprofessionalism. When I requested a buyer's order, I was met with a condescending response: "You thought wrong." This level of disrespect is unacceptable in any customer service environment. I received a quote of $44,011 from PenFed and TrueCar that included taxes. To my surprise, I was later presented with a price of nearly $47,000 due to “additional fees.” Such practices raise serious concerns regarding compliance with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Chapter 501, Part II, Florida Statutes), which prohibits misleading advertising and changing prices at the end of a transaction. This entire experience has been a significant source of stress over the weekend. I feel compelled to inform others about the lack of professionalism at Jenkins Nissan. I urge anyone who has faced similar issues to speak up and report their experiences to ensure that potential customers are aware of the dealership's practices. I hope you take these concerns seriously and work towards improving your customer service in the future. More

This dealership is a bait and switch organization. They listed a Nissan Sentra online for 20840. I went there specifically for this vehicle however when I arrived the sales team added almost 9k of extra’s causing the new price to be over 29k and the salesman had somewhat of an attitude. They say the extra costs are identified in the small print in the disclaimer. Their justification for the price increase is the Jenkins package that they PUT ON ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES. If the package is on all of their vehicles then the online price should reflect it, don't bait a customer into the showroom and then tell them that they have no choice especially since the items in the Jenkins Package doesn't value up to what they are charging for it i.e. locking lugs $199 plus many more overpriced items. I will be reaching out to the BBB because I think they are posting a lot of vehicles the same way. They get you there and then hit you with the additional fees and cost. I am a disabled veteran and was not very happy when I left. Veterans stay away for your own good!! Less More

This place is a joke! Buyers beware! My family and I have had the worst experience buying our vehicle from this place! From the very first day it was a complete disaster! Buyers beware! My family and I have had the worst experience buying our vehicle from this place! From the very first day it was a complete disaster! Not only do you have to wait for 6+hrs but after coming in for a vehicle they advertised was ready and available on their website and lot, we inquire and go through the paperwork to buy to later find out.. after 6hrs that there’s a safety recall that needed fixed first before they can sell the vehicle. Then they try and sell us a different vehicle same make and model but nowhere near the bells and whistles or mileage for the same price, so we spend 2-3 more hours on decided a vehicle at a different location that had everything we wanted and needed that could be delivered within two days, here’s the next nightmare: we get to the dealership to pickup our vehicle and the other dealership sold it! So here we are again! Disappointing disaster! So we spend yet another 8+ hr day picking out a similar vehicle that is coming from down south… would be there in 2-3 days they thankfully gave us a loaner vehicle as my truck was inoperative at this time (hence why I needed a new car) but when we get there this time it’s a completely different vehicle than we picked out! ( the staff went and drove down south and picked up the wrong van!) now the loaner they gave us was top notch all the bells every whistle you can think of, panoramic sun roofs, 360 back up camera, plug in ev, 10 in touch screen monitor, everything!!! So they suggested we just try and buy this vehicle we were already in, mind you it was great I loved it but it was wayyyyy out of our budget, about 15k more out of our budget! I have 4 kids, 2 month old, 1 year old, 2 year old and a 5 year old but this loaner vehicle was wonderful. It fit all our needs and wants! Just way over the budget so they promised my husband if he bought this loaner they’d work down the price to something reasonable we could afford, mind you they tried but the payments still came to about 300$ a month over budget but we needed a vehicle it had been almost 2 weeks with us without a vehicle. Now at the day of purchase we had all the kids in the car so they couldn’t do their great and expensive detail because it was late and the kids were screaming and we had been there yet another day for 6+ hrs, they promised us the works anytime we ever needed to and was able to bring the van back in to get that detail and autobond coating put on. Mind you we purchased the plug in hybrid, they never gave us the plug to charge it but promised they would order it. We purchased the complete maintenance package plus the works! Now, we have owned the vehicle for a few months put 3k miles on it and it’s time for our first oil change. I took the vehicle to be service the man that helped me stated we didn’t purchase the maintenance package and it was too soon for an oil change, (mind you it was 3 days after the date on the sticker) so I had to argue with him that we indeed did purchase it that I had all my paperwork on the “usb key” they gave, he started he can not READ the key, I have to bring paperwork. I told him to go check with his sales folks and make sure and he surely did and he stated well you do have the package but your going to use up all your free services before time bc you can drive it for another 2k miles.. I insisted for him to just complete the dang oil change. So the oils change was complete and everything seemed okay other than the 2 recalls that needed to be corrected which they couldn’t do it at Jenkins I had to get it done at Chrysler. So I scheduled the recalls for the following weekend to be done and took it there they completed it no issues. About 2 days after the recalls were completed the vehicle started making a terrible noise again like it did before, so I notified Chrysler and they told me to bring it back in after the holidays to check the codes. I took the vehicle in after Christmas to see why the vehicle was making noise More
