It was an entirely pleasant and easy experience to buy a Subaru at this dealership. Estevan worked with me beforehand to find out which vehicle I was interested in and got me prequalified so when I came in Subaru at this dealership. Joe helped us procure a vehicle that was exactly what we had in mind, no mus, no fuss, lots of answers and demonstrations to our questions, and only one minor hassle (of no consequence). An offer of home delivery would have been an appreciated indication of a higher level of customer service but was not required to close our purchase. I discovered after the close a $200 overcharge and brought it to Joe's attention. He investigated and replied to me within 5 minutes with a pledge that the refund would be in the mail shortly. More
