*** I do not, under any circumstances, recommend this dishonest and unethical dealership. I especially do not recommend Adam B. Avoid him at all costs!!! *** I bought a used 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybri dishonest and unethical dealership. I especially do not recommend Adam B. Avoid him at all costs!!! *** I bought a used 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from this dealership sight unseen from out of state in March, 2025. In particular, Adam B. was the salesperson who communicated with me regarding this car. The car is physically beautiful and photos showed that it looked to be in excellent shape. One of my most critical questions was - has this car been smoked in? Adam's first response was that he wouldn't know as the dealership had purchased this car from a dealership in TX. Of course, I pointed out that he WOULD know if he had been inside the vehicle. He then stated (this is all via texts), "Yes, I've been inside of it and usually you would know as soon as you enter the vehicle if they were a smoker. You have nothing to worry about here- this one is immaculate I'm telling you. Smells like a new car". Prior to delivery (for which I paid a $500 delivery fee from MI to OH), he ASKED me for a 5 star review. At this point, I was happy with his service, so I obliged. The car was delivered at night on the back of a flat bed truck (normal way). I texted Adam 1.5 days later telling him the car smelled heavily like cigarette smoke and I wanted the dealership to deal with it. Since he did not respond immediately I also left messages for two different managers. He texted back two days later and told me the transporter must have smoked in the car. This was obviously a lie, as 1- The transporter did not drive the car to my house and 2- the smoke is so ingrained in the car that even putting my hands on the steering wheel for a few minutes makes my hands smell like an ashtray. At this point and several days later Adam arranged for a mobile detailer to come to my house to use an ozone treatment on the car. The detailer had to Youtube the directions as to how to deal with the situation. He left the ozone machine in the car for 4 hours. (A much better rated detailer has since told me the machine would have to run for at least 24 hrs and may never be able to penetrate the material as deeply as needed). The car smells the same or worse than when he started. The detailer also showed me texts where Adam had talked the detailer down in price, stating that I was his wife and had quotes from other detailers. Everyone I have asked to open the car's doors has been blown away with how strongly this car smells like smoke. It is not suble. I would guess the person that had leased it smoked in the car daily, with the windows closed. I have only driven the car three times because it smells so badly. I recontacted Adam today and told him that he could choose to either buy this car back for the exact same price I paid, or send us $2000 (I paid full sticker cost) or I would make sure to let everyone online and the Better Business Bureau know about the dealership's and Adam's deceitful and unethical behavior. I am now stuck with a nearly $50,000 car that may always smell like an ashtray. Again, do yourself a favor and go to another Toyota dealership. More

Syed is wonderful! But my total overall car buying experience at Golling Toyota, horrible! The manager Melissa, very rude, unprofessional, and just not friendly. I was not clear that the no "cooling o experience at Golling Toyota, horrible! The manager Melissa, very rude, unprofessional, and just not friendly. I was not clear that the no "cooling off" meant that you couldn't return a new vehicle under any circumstances. If you are not happy with your selection, if you drive it, you're stuck with it. More
