Overall a great experience from looking for a new vehicle to picking out a new K5. These guys really have the stellar customer service thing down! I cannot say enough great things about Cody and Daniel! Both these guys were so kind. I had a bit of an emergency situation where my seatbelt c down! I cannot say enough great things about Cody and Daniel! Both these guys were so kind. I had a bit of an emergency situation where my seatbelt completely locked up. Both Cody and Daniel showed legitimate concern for my situation as obviously it was a safety concern. And even though my brand of car typically requires the company car maker for repairs and my car was not a Kia, they were willing to help me and fix the issue so that I did not have to drive around anymore with a non working seatbelt. The issue was fixed in a very short time and their communication with me was incredible! On top of it, they saved me hundreds of dollars. So impressed with every level of service I received from everyone in their service department and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Kia of North Austin Service Department! More
