The photos were limited, but the price looked fair, so I called and spoke with Richard, who was helpful, straightforward, and confirmed the vehicle had key features I wanted, including Super Cruise, before scheduling me with Brian. When I arrived right at opening, the dealership already felt fully operational and professional, which made a great first impression. Brian was delayed in traffic, but Suzy immediately stepped in and took great care of me. She explained the Escalade had only been traded in a few days prior and hadn’t yet gone through full detailing, but still made it available for me to review and test drive. Even in that state, the vehicle was extremely clean. Suzy was honest, professional, and thorough throughout the process. If she didn’t know an answer, she took the time to research it or ask. What I would expect from a luxury dealership. Negotiations were simple, transparent, and respectful. We reached a fair out-the-door price and trade value quickly without an adversarial back-and-forth, which made the process feel easy and comfortable. During the paperwork process, Suzy introduced me to the previous owner, who happened to be there at the time. It was a genuinely pleasant interaction and reinforced that not only is the staff here professional and respectful, but they also attract customers who share those same qualities. Throughout the entire visit, the team maintained a high level of professionalism. Conversation was friendly and natural without ever feeling excessive, and their timing and discretion were excellent. There when needed and respectful when appropriate. The entire experience felt smooth, comfortable, and truly premium. Suzy remained attentive until the very end showing me around, and finance manager Robert went above and beyond by securing me a lower APR than my own banks offered. Having purchased many vehicles over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the most professional, straightforward, and well-handled buying experiences I’ve had. I’m extremely happy with my Escalade, and if you value transparency, professionalism, and genuine customer care, Ed Morse Cadillac of Brandon is a dealership I would strongly recommend. I started my vehicle search online and the Internet manager, Dan, who was extremely responsive to my inquiry and followed up with me as I had requested until we were able to make time to visit the dealership.. My wife and I walked into the dealership, of course with our puppy who was treated as part of the family. Suzy was extremely knowledgeable of all of the vehicles that we saw and drove.
