You can buy a car on Tuesday but you can't take delivery because there is no business manager to complete the paperwork. The certified car that I bought only had two new tires on the front even though the because there is no business manager to complete the paperwork. I had to bring the car back to repair curb rash on three wheels. I feel that the curb rash should have been fixed prior to putting the car up for sale. More
