Total rip off I wish I could take back ever working with this company it has been nothing but a headache since the moment we purchased our vehicle. We got a certifi I wish I could take back ever working with this company it has been nothing but a headache since the moment we purchased our vehicle. We got a certified pre-owned and drove it off the lot just to have the check engine light come on. We took it the next day they told us it was nothing so they turn the light off the very next day it came on again and three days later we were informed that we would need an entirely new transmission. 7 days later we were told the vehicle was finally finished just to find out that it wasn't worse condition than when we had given it to them it was completely disgustingly dirty and more things were broken than when we originally given it to them. When spoke to the service manager who insured us he would take care of it personally only to have him never returned any of her phone calls and not come through with actually take care of it himself 15 days later we receive a phone call that our car is finally complete we go to pick it up after being told that it would be driven to us. Upon inspecting the vehicle it was still dirty and one of the head rests was still broken we were then told we would have to wait until the following Monday for them to be even able to start fixing it my car has been gone for over 15 days it will likely be more than 20 before we actually return to get it. I did not have my vehicle in my possession for even 48 hours and it's still gone it's constantly one thing after another something being broken something not being fixed. New one in that entire office returns any phone calls no one has fulfilled anything they told us was going to actually happen. We supposed to be able to have a lifetime powertrain warranty if we go and get all of our regularly scheduled maintenance done with them however that is not something we are going to be able to do since they can't even manage to clean off a vehicle like they're supposed to. If I could take this seilbach I would I cannot stress enough how terrible of an experience this is been. No one in the office seems to be taking it seriously it's an absolutely disgusting location do not do business with these people they will totally screw you More

Excellent customer service! I love my car!
