I bought a two year old car. The purchase process was pretty painless. My only real issue is they gave me one Acura fob and and one cheap one without remote start function. I ask The purchase process was pretty painless. My only real issue is they gave me one Acura fob and and one cheap one without remote start function. I asked if they'd give me another Acura one with the remote start function and they said they aren't willing to do that. I then asked if they would program the fob and cut the key for me if I bought my own. They said they wouldn't do that either. My saled guy was good, and he was very nice. The customer service after hasn't been very good. More
