We had an unfortunate incident with our travel trailer recently. We had to file an insurance claim and were rather anxious about the entire repair process. Suzanne and the service team at Dodd RV of the Peninsula went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with our repair and service needs. Additionally on our first trip out this year we were in need of technical advice at our campground destination. We spoke with Crystal in service and she guided us through our troubleshooting methodically and patiently. Crystal and Suzanne are both great assets to Dodd RV and I would recommend anyone needing service to definitely do business with them as they are professional, knowledgeable and very understanding to their customers needs. Bravo!!! More

We drove for over 3 hours to buy our new RV from Dodd RV. (We came from Southern Maryland.) Our Salesman, Shane Slavnik, was excellent. Luis, Pete, and Jason in Service were a delight to work with. Suzanne, the Service Manager. gave us a great deal on a new hitch, as our old one would not work with our new Camper. Upon entering the main building, we were met by Linda, the receptionist. Linda was very personable and so nice to talk to. When it came time for Finance, we worked with Arnold, who actually saved us money on the deal. Fantastic!!!! Since we had a while to wait for our camper to be checked out and made ready, we were directed to a delightful local business to get something to eat. Throughout the process, Jamie Dodd, the owner was very attentive. Mr. Dodd and the entire staff made us feel as if we were out visiting with friends. As my wife and I drove back home with our new camper, we reflected on the right decision, to buy from Dodd RV. There is a lot more I could write. All good. A wonderful experience working with Dodd RV. More

Purchasing process was awesome. Sales staff knowledgeable and genuine. After purchase PDI was only fairly done. Tanks not loaded and house power not provided and PDI rep seemed rush Sales staff knowledgeable and genuine. After purchase PDI was only fairly done. I ordered a new Lance 650 and could not be happier with the whole experience from initial ordering/option selection to financing. Shane in Sales was very responsive and accommodating. Arnold in Financing made everything smooth and easy and made sure I received the best rate possible. Richard who performed the walk through at delivery time was top notch as was everyone in the service department. Ricky in Service took the lead in helping load the camper properly and was a joy to work with, as was all of the Service members. Melissa in Parts was very helpful in getting all of the necessary hoses, acc., etc. The Parts department had good prices as well. This was my first experience in ordering a new Lance truck camper and I feel lucky to have found Dodd RV. I tried other dealers closer to my location first and was instantly turned off. I really mean when I say I would wholly recommend checking these guys out, you will not be disappointed, if its a drive from where you are at its still worth it. More
