Susie has been with us since 2006, who calls Hallsville, TX her hometown. Susie has been married to her husband for 31 years, and together they have a 26 year old son. As a family, they enjoy competing in RC Racing and going to NASCAR events all over the country. Susie loves to read, and loves animals even more (especially cats)! Her favorite vehicle is the Chevy Equinox because it's not too big & it's not too small! Susie is multi-talented and is willing to go beyond the call of duty. Her creative problem solving approach and winning attitude, coupled with her outstanding customer service, make her an invaluable asset to our company. In addition to her Chief Financial Officer duties, she also handles all of our MIS systems, technology issues and "Continuous Improvement" programs to help us provide better solutions!

Dealing with McKaig in Gladewater is 100% better than any other experience at other dealerships. They worked hard to learn exactly what kind of car and price I was trying to get, and they helped me find a d other experience at other dealerships. I connected first with Summer and Alisa online via the website and then worked with David once I got to the dealership. They were all very friendly and helpful. Taylor also did a great job of explaining all the financing terms. 10/10 would definitely recommend them all! More

McKaig is really a dealer for the people.
