I had such an amazing experience leasing my K5 from Kia of North Austin. I reached out to the store on their website and Meriah was super helpful in confirming the K5 I wanted was there before I drove the of North Austin. I went in to purchase a used SUV but a few days after signing and paying in full I backed out of the purchase. I ended up backing out due to lack of communication in regards to picking up the vehicle. I signing and paying in full I backed out of the purchase. I have never had to back out of a used car purchase; it was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership. I had to make constant contact in regards to getting my money back.
