We inquired online about a vehicle and Summer responded very quickly. She got us setup with a test drive, so when we arrived into the dealership the vehicle was ready. I had mixed experiences with this dealership. They were very eager to get me on the lot and were very willing to work with me on getting the vehicle price within my budget. The issues came after They were very eager to get me on the lot and were very willing to work with me on getting the vehicle price within my budget. The issues came after we sat down to finalize the paperwork in the finance office. We were informed we were not able to legally leave the dealership without providing proof of insurance on the new vehicle. Which was not legally required. After a conversation with my insurance representative they were informed of the law. Once we had finalized paperwork and moved our belongings to our new vehicle we were stopped by our sales representative and yet again they tried to detain us. A manager came out to the vehicle and confirmed that we were allowed to leave and that his staff was wrong. We did not arrive with our title and thus we put a $250 deposit in the promise to send our title from our previous vehicle. After overnighting our title I checked in 3 days later and was told that the deposit refund had been processed that morning. I waited 1 week before calling a manager and confirming the transaction had been processed. The sales representative had lied to me about the transaction being processed the week prior. I would not take my business back to this dealer. More
