Over the past several years I've overlooked several screw ups by this service center which has been several, tools left in the engine several times even csusing damage, things left undone. Last Saturday was the last straw, went in for an oil change and a tire fix. They claim the tire was unrepairible, said they had the same tire so I trusted them, wrong thing to do! They put on a higher priced tire not even the same manufacturer. They were closing has I walked out and seeing all the charges they added on. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCREW YOU. Sunday morning come out their new tire flat I went through the roof, another screw job from Honda of lincoln. Called and got their answering machine and left a very colorful message. That afternoon at a BBQ party I get a call from Jeff Williams service manager screaming at me (on speaker phone for all to hear) about my message. No apologies no bring it in we'll fix it right, none of that happened. In fact honda of lincoln has flat out refused to fix the problem. If you go to their service center you do it at your own risk. More
