I brought my 82 year old mom in to look at new cars last weekend. We were assisted by Sue Simone. Sue was awesome. She applied absolutely no pressure which was important because my deceased father always we weekend. We were assisted by Sue Simone. Sue was awesome. She applied absolutely no pressure which was important because my deceased father always went with my mom before his passing. She ended up purchasing a 2024 Honda HR-V Sport which she loves. I just bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE . I cannot tell you how nice it was dealing with Sue! I had such a bad experience at Automotive Ave I truly was dreading going to another dealership. W I cannot tell you how nice it was dealing with Sue! I had such a bad experience at Automotive Ave I truly was dreading going to another dealership. Well that all changed when i was graciously greeted by the receptionist and then met Sue who had a smile on her face. We sat down and she immediately put me at ease with her wonderful sense of humor making my daughter and i laugh....She was also all business no nonsense your here for this car lets go. It was truly the best experience getting my SUV from her! I feel like I made a friend and I would recommend her highly! Nick the manager was also very kind, I told him what I could afford and he made it happen with no stress. Excellent facility very clean and bright. More
