In Sept 2019, a bad recall happened where none of my rear lights worked leaving the dealer for the first time. A police officer stopped me and said "nice truck sir but none of your rear lights are working" I returned the next day and had sales, service, dealer and service manger was on me and my truck to find out what happened. It got fixed. My last service was Jan 2023. My Ford Pass did not connect. Ms. Fey Nelson went out of her way to connect the app. She backed up her skills by getting coworker Angel to make sure the app was solid and working. Honolulu Ford is family to me. Doesn't hold to and honor ordered pricing. Tried to markup the vehicle with a $5995 market adjustment and some other bs $2000. General Sales Manager Mark Sherlock and General Manager Angela Wo Tried to markup the vehicle with a $5995 market adjustment and some other bs $2000. General Sales Manager Mark Sherlock and General Manager Angela Wong has not returned calls. Parent company Lithia Motors doesn't respond to back to emails. So in the end the truck was sold from under me. So BUYERS BEWARE OF HONOLULU FORD/LITHIA MOTORS!!! Best advice I can offer anyone at this time it to get the final total price in writting and have an agreement copy which is signed by both you, a manager and if possible a witness that you brought with you!!! More

Honolulu Ford has provided me with an exceptional experience. Too many mainland sales reps I like how top review is a Pentecost, who used to own a part of Hon Ford, new mainland management has no ALOHA! Everything is pre determined and set by mainland, sales staff hands tied, service department always told me my 4 year old fully loaded F150 was top shape when I had an 8 year warranty and free service; until I tried trading in and all of a sudden it was a maintenance mess and not worth even half of KBB. Went to Cutter Ford walked out same night with fully loaded F250 and got my trade in value that I thought fair. More
