Stuart was great and didn't force me to haggle. He started out with a great offer and that was that. I signed the lease for my new Prius the next day and still couldn't be happier with what I am payin started out with a great offer and that was that. Stuart and Richard were both available any time I called and/or email (which I did, numerous times). I went through so many stereotypical slimey car salesman and different dealerships, even other Toyota dealerships, and this experience has made me a believer. If I don't end up getting another Prius by the time my lease is up, it is only because I can afford a Lexus :) All thanks to the efforts made by Stuart with the pricing and negotiation as well as Richard, who took care of me in the office. More

I just bought my first Prius from Stuart and he was great. My son bought a new Prius last year and we loved how he treated us and was upfront about the process.
