Shady at Best! !!!! Stephen Wesley was my salesman, when I purchased my vehicle I was told that the Dars cars was mandatory, I have since found out that no aftermark !!!! Stephen Wesley was my salesman, when I purchased my vehicle I was told that the Dars cars was mandatory, I have since found out that no aftermarket product is mandatory. They charged me $2000 for something I did not need and did not want I was told by Stephen and Chris Fry that it was mandatory, after I sold my vehicle and tried to get the money back for my CPO and the Dars cars, I was met with much resistance. Every single time I called to speak to anybody in finance I was told there was nobody here I left over 25 messages , still no return phone call when I finally reached Frank who claim to be their general manager, he told me that Stephen, Wesley and Chris Frey were let go because of their questionable practices. I told him that doesn’t help me because they already got me for $2000 for this Dars cars that I did not want Frank said he would help me with my CPO refund I gave them all my information never heard from him again. I called another 10 times to be told he was not in. I am presently in front of Infinity. I had to drive all the way down here from Brookfield Connecticut to try to deal with this. Online it states their hours are at 9 AM. All of the finance people are here, but I was told they can’t speak to me until 10 o’clock and it just keeps getting better here.Unbelievable!!!!!! Stay clear of this dealership. They seem to change management at least once a year. More
