This dealership is horrible. The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even The culture here is broken. It’s impossible to get anyone to help you with parts. Service writers are glued to their chairs and computer screens even when there are no customers to serve. Plenty of personal with Toyota shirts on but if it’s not “their department “ they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care. There is no parts counter available. Employees just call someone, somewhere, and nothings happens. Customer Relationship Manager was useless too! I own 4 Toyota’s but they treat you like garbage anyway. All employees I came in contact had a serious “I really don’t care attitude “. More

It's poor customer service to have customers wait in their cars for up to 40 minutes while waiting to meet with service advisor. We asked about four employees and nobody was able to get a satisfactory answer. More

There was a 2. 75 hour wait for service. Probably because the dealer overbooks. However, at check in Steven Taveras told me the wait would probably be 3 hours and a 75 hour wait for service.
