I am highly satisfied with the whole team at Coast Way BMW San Luis Obispo. Every time I am at their dealership I am greeted and asked what I may need. I have been going to Coast BMW for about 3 years and my best experiences have been because of their new service advisor, Karina Gonzales! Every time you enter the building she greets you with the biggest s best experiences have been because of their new service advisor, Karina Gonzales! Every time you enter the building she greets you with the biggest smile and makes you feel welcomed. She definitely brightens your day when you are there (whether it’s because you are getting something fixed or just some routine maintenance done). Her customer service is impeccable. She treats everyone so nice and as if they truly are family. And she truly is a BMW enthusiast so you know she cares about the brand she represents! Highly impressed! Will be recommending anyone I know with a BMW to head over to see Karina if they need to have service done with an stress-free experience. To have a service advisor like Karina to take care of you and your car is why BMW is such a respected brand. More

Was impressed with Steven Simpers knowledge and his customer service to insure that my concerns about the current condition of my BMW car were all addressed. That quality customer care was disrupted on customer service to insure that my concerns about the current condition of my BMW car were all addressed. That quality customer care was disrupted only when I checked out and made payment. I was told that I could either pay by check , debit card or credit card. It was explained that if I chose the credit card option, a 3% fee would be included on my bill. Shame on you BMW! A credit card fee is tolerable when a locally owned restaurant adds it to the bill but a highly profitable global business entity such as BMW? That reeks of greed. More
